By accessing or using Estimara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Estimara's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• Compliance: You may not modify or copy the materials.
• Non-Commercial: You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Estimara.

3. Project Integrity & Data Audit

Estimara provides immutable audit trails for construction data. While we guarantee the technical integrity of the audit log, the accuracy of the baseline data entered remains the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but construction project control requires consistent synchronization. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or network delays.

5. Intellectual Property

The Estimara brand, its kinetic engine, AHS heuristic logic, and all source code are the sole property of PT Dash Teknologi Indonesia.
