Legal Framework
Privacy Policy
How we protect your project data and organizational privacy.
1. Information Collection
We collect information necessary to provide ultra-precise project control, including financial benchmarks, labor logs, and technical specifications provided during project estimation.
2. Google User Data
When you choose to Sign In or Sign Up using Google OAuth, Estimara accesses specific information from your Google Account to provide its services:
- Data Accessed: We access your Google email address, full name, and profile picture.
- Data Usage: This information is used exclusively to create your Estimara account, verify your identity, and personalize your user profile within the application.
- Data Storage: Your Google profile information is stored securely in our database to maintain your account session and display your avatar.
Estimara does not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the core services of our platform. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties except for essential infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel).
3. Managing Google Data Access
You can manage or revoke Estimara's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. Revoking access will prevent you from signing in using your Google account on Estimara.
4. Data Encryption
All data transmitted to Estimara is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Stored data is secured using AES-256 encryption at rest.
5. Immutable Records
Because Estimara uses a kinetic audit engine, certain project logs are designed to be immutable once verified. This ensures the integrity of your audit trail for legal and insurance purposes.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your project data. We only share information with certified infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) necessary to run the platform.
7. User Rights
You retain the right to export your project data in CSV or PDF format at any time. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
